We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

2. Order Cutoff, Handling, and Transit Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes to prepare and package your order.

  • Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package once shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Costs

  • The shipping cost is clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment. No hidden shipping charges will be applied.

4. Shipping Methods and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

5. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
