Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Faz. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Fee

  • For Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, Faz will cover the return shipping cost. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
