Returns

Our policy allows returns only on specific products and conditions. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please first contact us at info@fazbuy.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. After receiving confirmation, you may proceed to return the item to our address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please:

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
